Made By Hands Wins Dr. Toy’s Approval ( Dr. Toy
is really Stevanne Auerbach,
Ph.D. She is the Director of the
Institute for Childhood Resources and creator of the annual “Dr. Toy’s 100
Best Children’s Products Report.” As
for Made By Hands™, Auerbach says that “their
beautifully produced and well-designed kits allow children to do what they do
naturally – learn through play.” With Make-Your-Own™ Puppets, kids
actually make puppets from scratch.
After all, who says a king has to have a beard and a crown or that a

co-president, Ava Berry. Made By Hands™ products have been on the market for only 5
months but it’s managed to create quite a buzz. “Our philosophy is to produce innovative
